Kindness has played a crucial role in my life. I feel it’s a catalyst in transformation. I am an active user of the Black Lotus app, and I want to share how I practise kindness as a habit.
I have divided kind acts into daily, weekly or bi-weekly, monthly and yearly.
Daily Acts: I try to share good quotes, article or any posts on my social media platforms. I also try to donate a little amount of money to some organizations and do other small things being polite, not reacting on certain things, etc.
Weekly or bi-weekly Acts: I gift someone a book. Or do something special for someone, which makes them feel special.
Monthly Acts: I try to donate 10 -20 per cent of my income to an institution that provides free education to underprivileged children
Half-yearly/yearly Acts: I try to be with these kids or some other people and try to entertain them and share some good things with them.
Other than that, there Raks that I am sure everyone does.
Following this has helped me developing kindness as a habit. It makes me very happy too.
