These hard times ( COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent months) take a toll on your mental, physical, financial, and relationship health. Every passing day came with a challenge, and to overcome all this, I started meditation. I read it somewhere that it takes 21days for something to become a habit and 90 days to it to become a lifestyle (the 21/90 rule). It has been 90 since I started meditation (trying concentrative and observant mediation). It gives peace of mind, and I really feel grateful and happier after doing it. And now, I become addicted to it. Practicing regularly, even for just 10mins, will make your day. Don’t try to gain anything from meditation – just try to lose your anger, hatred, jealousy, and negativity. You will become happier.
PS: I was practicing using another app called Oak. I downloaded Black Lotus only recently.
