I had ordered food online. It was due to come in 30 mins. However, after 15 mins or so I received a call from their support centre informing that driver bike has broken down, and the order cannot be delivered. I requested them not to cancel the order and let me coordinate with the driver directly. I called up the driver and asked him about the situation. He said he is trying to get his bike recovered with the help of a mechanic and would take some time. So I waited for him to come. He came and delivered the order. I asked him how much the mechanic charged. He said 100 rupees with a sad face. I gave him that money, and he was thrilled. His dedication to delivering the order inspired me.
