Since the current restrictions have been in place, we are unable to meet for regular meditation sessions. One member suggested that we do the session online. Something I have never done, but with the help of a couple of the members, we set up our first session.
This morning we all joined from our homes and did chanting and meditation together. It was a lovely experience. With people feeling anxious and isolated these days and not being able to meet in person, this group session was positive as a group felt like a blessing to all of us. And we used the BL app to aid us!
