Oh, the last peanut butter cup. How I was looking forward to my new found love. The peanut butter cup I speak of is a product of years of evolution. The peanut butter cup 2.0 I call it. Wow, how good the first one tasted. The sheer quantity of peanut butter was enough to fill a tablespoon, all contained in one peanut butter cup.
As I was distracted thinking about this beautiful creation from the heavens above, I was describing this manifestation of sweet sweet goodness to my friends. As I was looking forward to having the last cup I realized that one of the ladies there may enjoy it. When I brought it to her immediately she went into a deep state of bliss. A food samadhi if you will. Not only did she enjoy it but somebody else she shared that one cup told me how good it was.
I thought one act of kindness would make her day but it made an unsuspecting person’s day as well because she paid it forward. As is the potential of kindness. Like a sweet chocolaty peanut kind treat spreading its goodness through the room, kindness is contagious in this universe.
