Our neighborhood has a community library booth where people can pick up books free of charge. It runs on trust and the understanding that when you pick up a book, you must lend or donate one to the library booth. The system works well, and it has a beautiful collection of books that is steadily on the rise.
This morning, we donated ‘The Book of Kindness,’ and when we went by in the evening, I was delighted to see that it had been picked up by someone. In this process, my wife also discovered an interesting book at the kiosk.
