Nowadays, I am trying to be mindful of being kind, and every interaction with fellow beings allows me to be grateful. Like, sincerely thanking the online shopping delivery guy and asking him about his well being. Usually, they are just happy being acknowledged and appreciated, and sometimes they open up and discuss whatever is on their mind. A few minutes of friendly chat seems to be good for both of us!
Being kind does good to ourselves too.
