Thi story is about a 20-year old girl who was known to me for the past 4-5 yrs who sometimes used to meet me whenever she is in dire need. After a long gap, she met me two months after she had given birth to a baby boy.
She was looking very weak; I asked her if she is taking a healthy diet, milk or dry fruits, etc. She told that at this critical time, her husband’s salary is very limited, and it was very difficult to buy milk, etc. I told her to come the next day so that I can arrange something for her. The same day, though it was in the midst of the pandemic, I went to the market and bought dry fruits gaund, kamarkass, almond, magaz, makhane , dry nariyal, etc. and mixed them with cow’s desi ghee to make some delicious and nutritious laddoos. The laddoos are very beneficial from a health point of view at this time (after delivery). The next day I gave her the laddoos with some items for her son.
I can’t explain how happy she was taking all this and she called to thank me for all the help. I was also satisfied that I could do something for someone who needed it.
Kindness makes you happy and happiness makes you kind.
