I visited the good old Domino’s outlet nearby with my husband today. We had pizza in the car because of the COVID situation with our kiddo. The time came when we were done with the food and had to leave. I had the empty package and looked around for a dustbin nearby but couldn’t find one.
So, I walked into the outlet and was greeted by a worker there. I told him that I had come to throw the empty packets. He gladly accepted them and said thank you in an astonished tone. I felt so good after doing this for Mother Earth. At least I could contribute one less pack of litter. Also, we gave the leftovers to a poor family. This gave me two RAKs for the day. Yayy!
Kindness doesn’t need to be fancy. Sometimes, the simplest things can make an impact.
