This is yet another pleasant experience with positive vibes.
I purchase a low protein powder for my mother from a shop which is the only supplier in town. Last Saturday, when I went to buy the powder, the owner called me inside the shop and explained that he would have to charge me 20% more as per the revised price.
I thanked him for his gesture telling him that I trusted him completely, and he always gave me a discount. While returning home, the owner called me saying his staff had given me a packet from the new stock as they were unaware that he still had some earlier stock. He told me to exchange the pack I had bought so that I could pay the old price (which was 20% less than the revised price).
I was far from his shop and asked him if I could do so on Monday, as his shop remains closed on Sundays. He readily agreed. As planned, I exchanged the cartons, and his gesture saved me 20%. I thanked him for his kindness. Very considerate of the owner as he need not have made an effort to inform me as I had to purchase anyway.
