I met him first while going to my music class. He sold nuts. His walk was unbalanced, and his limbs seemed to move disjointedly. The packets of nuts hung around his neck like a garland, and he had a very humble appearance. At first glance, I felt immense compassion for him. The good point about him was that he was not begging, showing the abnormalities of his body. He was doing a job earning his daily bread. But I thought he couldn’t make much and I stopped in front of him and gave him some cash. He thought I wanted to buy the nuts, but I smiled and told him to keep the money. He smiled, showing his happiness. Since then, whenever I meet him, I give him some cash. I feel very good doing so.
