Here’s a method to help you out: 🙂 THe HOPE method:
H- Help Yourself to think of positive things.
O – Outwardly be kind to yourself in the form of self care, meditation, etc.
P- Push away anything negative in your life that you don’t need.
E- Effort is only a step to a new beginning.
Finally realizing that it’s ok to do what makes you happy. Happiness is different for
everyone and what makes me happy may be different from what makes you happy, and that’s ok!
