This is Tara. Sweet yet brave like divine mother, Tara. When she was barely a week old, wild dogs entered my driver’s barn and attacked her. They ate away her little tail, but she made so much noise and fought so well that the household rescued her. She was put in a cage at night for safety. About a month later, she was again let out into the barn next to her mother. The very same night, the dogs came again. But Tara was prepared and beat the living lights out of 3 of them, absolutely living up to her name.
She is such a brave little soul and very, very naughty. She would snuggle up to you, grab your dupatta or clothes in her mouth, and won’t let you go quickly. For a cow, I think she is very human-like and alert! Tara has become my personal happiness mascot ! I meet her once in a while and send her a tasty tiffin on special occasions.
