Today, I am grateful for having the motivation to take a nice walk outside. I wholeheartedly express my gratitude for the few friends who are genuine and awesome people I know.
I am so very grateful that I finally got some sleep! I no longer feel drained. I feel calm. I’m grateful to myself for choosing to finally commit to changing my life for the better and not allowing depression to take over.
