In a hospital, I saw a nurse talking rudely with the mothers of babies and handling the babies carelessly while giving vaccines to them. I was in the queue. While my turn came, I faced the same behaviour. After my child was vaccinated, I scolded the nurse for her behaviour and argued with her. By the time I told her to call her superior, many other hospital staff had already gathered there. When someone asked the reason for the altercation, the nurse said that she asked me to maintain distance due to Covid and that I got into an argument with her. Some of the hospital staff asked me to leave immediately.
When I remember the incident, I still regret not asking her to call her supervisor politely instead of getting angry and scolding her.
This incident made me learn that I should control my anger first.
