Motivated by my friend Mr Kapil, I changed my lifestyle, and within just a few days, I started feeling stress-free and energetic. I took his advice and started walking daily, and all my dogs 🐕 ( street dogs!) accompanied me too. I feel like a VIP when I walk surrounded by these 8-9 dogs.
Usually, during the walk, some more dogs also join us. Seeing this, the neighbourhood kids waiting for their school bus to arrive started bringing biscuits 🍪 to feed them.
My happiness quotient has increased due to this activity, and my stress levels have decreased.
