Stress and anxiety are inevitable these days as we see dead bodies floating in rivers and people losing the fight against the Coronavirus. My heart goes out to the families who lost their near and dear ones.
Every day I read the newspaper as part of my preparation for the civil services exam, but my eyes catch the horrific pictures and stories in the newspaper, and I’m left with my beliefs shaken.
As an introvert, I don’t usually share my feelings with others. I came across an ad for Black Lotus and Om Swami out of the blue. I knew the importance of meditation but had never really tried it. So I downloaded the app and started doing meditation, and other tasks are given. It’s been a week, and I feel a lot better.🙏
