I was pregnant last year; in the 2nd month, I was diagnosed with high BP and a thyroid problem. I got worried and started thinking about what I could do, and I hoped this wouldn’t affect my baby (overthinking)
Then doing a self-check, I decided to change my thinking habits and start meditating. I remember Swamiji told me once to just surrender, and I decided to do that.
I changed my diet, started meditating using the BL app daily, and was grateful for every one. Gradually there was a significant change in me as a person, and in the 5th month of my pregnancy, I was fit and fine. The high BP and the thyroid problem had both gone. The doctor was very happy and advised me to continue meditation as it was performing a miracle. So I continued, and my baby was born healthy in full term.
