One day my cousin came to my house, and she was very depressed and stressed about her life and future.
She all negative thoughts whether about her parents, her life, her destiny. And I helped her to come back out of that negative state of mind. Firstly I taught her to calm the mind, think positively about life and remember all the good things in her life. Then I asked her to meditate for some time. And it proved helpful for her to get rid of her negative thoughts and stress. And therefore, there were changes in her destiny and her life.
