Today I have completed the first level in the Black Lotus app. When I started meditating, I never thought I would be able to do this. The first day, I really enjoyed meditating, and it is slowly becoming a habit. I want to sustain this habit. Now I don’t feel sad or depressed anymore! And today, when I see that I’ve completed the first level, I feel so cheerful and warm from inside. Now I think I’m able to do anything that I want. I’m at peace. I don’t shout at anyone anymore. Now I’m able to control my anger. I feel a change in myself, and I’m happy!
