One of my colleagues has a habit of always looking at the negatives in others and situations. She is in my team, and I have tried at times to show the positive side to her, but she doesn’t like it and talks more negatively to prove herself right. Recently I decided to avoid interacting with her because I didn’t want to participate in such conversations anymore. Not interacting wasn’t an option since we were in the same team. While logging Raks in the Bl app, I came across changing the topic option. I knew I had found the solution.😊
I have now started using this gradually. Also, I used this technique recently in a social gathering and felt so peaceful. I hope the other person also feels better and does not keep dwelling on others. It is working well for me now, and I am grateful to the Bl team. ❤
