While going through the BL’s Live Like a Champion goal pack, I found an interesting tip: we should do physical exercises for at least 20 minutes. This inspired me to restart my exercise regimen when gyms re-opened after Covid-19 restrictions were lifted. It gave immense vigour to the body that had become lethargic. Seeing this, my children do not hesitate to do some physical exercise or play instead of holding a mobile or watching TV. I am so happy about this.
The best way to influence someone is to do things yourself first.
