I am grateful that it’s Friday today. I am glad that the presentation went off really well because I get sick with worry whenever I have to present anything. Now I can look forward to the weekend. I am grateful for being able to get through the last two weeks of intense anxiety and bad thoughts. I am grateful for my husband whose sound and calming advice helps me when I am nervous and for my friend who advises me to prioritise myself. I am truly grateful for the comforts of home and for the fact that I am learning self approval instead of seeking it from others.
