It was Sunday, and I went to meet a friend in his office for lunch. When I reached, we started with talks and then had lunch. Whilst talking, he said it’s been hard and difficult with work and stuff. He didn’t know what to do. He felt drained. I did give him points to relax.
After a while, I noticed his office was messy and had not been cleaned. So we decided to make the day productive by keeping the space clean. So both he and I started cleaning the office. He threw away all the unwanted items, rearranged the cupboard, reorganized the desk, cleaned the laptops and tables, etc. After that, he felt good, happy, and energized.
Cleanliness is therapeutic.
