I live in a village, and here I have many close acquaintances. My mom is a BP patient and needs to check her blood pressure 3 times a day. The doctor has asked us to maintain a record of the same, and we use a digital machine.
Early one morning, a relative called asking me to bring the BP machine so that she could measure her mother-in-law’s blood pressure. The compounder who came daily to check on her had not visited for the past few days, and the old lady was feeling dizzy.
Winter had just set in, and I quickly reached them and did the needful. As her BP was very high, I sat there for an hour and guided her with some precautions I took for my mom.
