On returning home from Delhi, I always bring chocolates for my younger daughter. My driver stopped the car, and I entered a shop nearby, where I saw a lady feeding her four-month-old infant. The lady was very weak and was having tea with one patty that was placed on the ground. It was dinner time, and I told the shopkeeper to please give me some glucose biscuits that I handed the lady for her infant. I also noticed that the infant had blisters on his feet. When I asked her about it, she said she had not taken the baby for treatment. Without further conversation, I also handed her some money for the treatment. As I left, I heard the shopkeep say: “abhi bhi achche log hain.” (There are still good people in the world.)
